Can I locate where a notification originated from?

A contact in one of my workflows received an email notification I cannot locate in any of my sheets. The email did not relate to his business at all and indicates that there is incorrect information in one of my sheets. I cannot find the automation in any of my sheets that sent this email. Is there a way I can search the workflow based on the ID in the email?
