Is there a problem with adding people in Group Management?

I had a problem in adding people to a group using Group Management, I try adding members using the detail panel and also within the group itself. I tried using another browser (Google Chrome and Microsoft edge) as well as let my colleague try to add on her own group but it still doesn't. Is there an on-going maintenance today or something else?
