Form link automatically into sheet summary

Is there a way to have the form link associated with a sheet automatically be populated into the Sheet Summary for that sheet?

I don't know of a way to do this, but I will be watching this post to see if anyone else does! Would be great to have a mechanism to 'push' out form links.
