Is there a way to get a list of workspaces, sheet, dashboard, report with its owner information? How to manage all the item in an account?

Hi @Gladys

You should check out these User Reports available in the Admin Center in Smartsheet. Specifically the User List and Sheet Access Report. They might not be exactly what you are looking for but its a good start. If you aren't an Admin you should check with your internal SS Admin and request the reports from that person.
