A Picture Test is given to the user

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and, if so, how they solved it. When they click "Submit" on a Smartsheet form, they are presented with a picture that they must pass in order to continue submitting the form. I added an attachment as an example. Any thoughts? Thank you very much!

You can deactivate the feature in the form settings.

Thank you for your comment. That feature has already been deactivated. Most, if not all, of our users are not receiving this except for one that I'm aware of. Is there anything that he could be doing to receive this?
