Issue creating a Row Report & viewing in Card View
I have a dashboard with reports attached that has been working beautifully for a few months but has now been compromised. I'm now trying to recreate it. However, when I create a row report the columns I want to report on (Division, Ticket Status) are not populating under the "Group" or "Summary" functions. I've copied the sheet with no luck. AND I can no longer "View by Division" or "Ticket Status" (there are actually numerous columns missing under this feature) when in Card View. All of these commands worked perfectly prior to my template being..... ahem...compromised. The jest is this, now I can not create a row report by Division or by TIcket Status, nor can I card view by either column name. Any thoughts? I've attached the Source sheet here if that helps.

Hi, @KD Harrigan ! Have you checked the Column Properties in the underlying sheet? Not all column types can work for a grouping. In Card View especially, the column type has to be "drop-down list, symbol, and contact list column types that offer multiple selections."

Yes, I did, and just checked again to be certain. They both are drop-down type columns. It's rather confounding, since the source sheet hasn't changed, other than my copying it in an effort to remove any underlying problems. It worked flawlessly before. I'm hoping I can find the answer before resorting to creating a new set of templates. I have a presentation in a couple of weeks, so I need to take some action soon 🤔 Thank you for your response, and time, it is much appreciated.

Bummer! Hopefully someone else might have an answer to help correct it. If not, you could reach out to Support and see if you could schedule time with someone to walk through it with you. There might be some obscure setting that flipped on or off unexpectedly. Best of luck!
