Connectors: Sync Smartsheet with Salesforce or Service Cloud

In Smartsheet / Salesforce Connector Workflow; once you're about to save: Does anyone know why "Opportunity: Counting the number of records to be updated..." would spin forever instead of saying there's no salesforce opportunity records to update?

The workflow is bidirectional but the data is only going from salesforce to smartsheet. In addition, the smartsheet is blank.

    Personally, I would go through a few basic troubleshooting steps to start - check my internet connection strength, test on a different browser, set up another test workflow to see if it's isolated to this one configuration.

    Then if this keeps happening and you're unable to save your connection, please contact Smartsheet Support with a full screen recording of the issue and error message.
