COUNTIFS/CONTAINS - Identifying Placeholders
Hello!
I am working on getting metrics to identify how many upcoming tasks (next 30 days, etc) have placeholders (from Resource Management) assigned to them rather than a specific contact. There doesn't seem to be a way to identify a placeholder from a contact so I have been attempting to use COUNTIF(CONTAINS.. function statements and using words that are in the placeholders. For example, contains "Manager" because we have several Placeholder roles with the word Manager in them.
Nothing is coming up even though the criteria matches. Any ideas? Will the contains not pick up words in a placeholder? Is CONTAINS not the correct function to use? I tried HAS also, but wasn't successful...
Thanks for your ideas and insights!

Are you able to give a screenshot of the sheet or share it so we can get a better idea of how the sheet is structured?
