Resource Management Rpt Error

I created several public reports on the analytics tab in RM.

The location criteria was equal to "Information Systems".

I have gone back to the reports and now location is equal to "information sytems", "clin ops".

Why is the report not saved as my original criteria? (note all other parameters are working fine ie Date range).

    Hi @MelissaSan,

    I've been doing some testing on my end and I didn't manage to reproduce what you report. I assume that you have already checked but could this be something some other user could be actioning while you are away from the Report view? If this isn't the case, I've liaised with our Support team and I could see you already engaged with them. Please make sure to include captures and possibly an export of the the specific Report setup that leads to reproduction of this.

    I've recreated this error multiple times and sent a recording to SM Support. For privacy reasons I am not posting the recording here. It also impacts saved views in other tabs.

    Until it is fixed we are hesitant to build more reports or expand access to our organization to use RM.

    Hi Melissa,

    Thanks for following up on this.

    I've had the occasion of reviewing the videos you've sent to our Support team and I was still unable to reproduce this regardless of whether the Report was saved on the Analytics page or my Personal one. When adding the location and updated this from the people portal, the user with an updated location was removed from the Report and location filter remained the same as expected in all instances. This behaviour seems to be triggered by something really specific from your own environment and I would recommend to continue to follow up on this in the relevant case with Support.

    I appreciate your patience and collaboration while this is investigated.
