Public access to a sheet?

Hi all! I have a group wanting to use a calendar as their on-call list to show others who to call when they need someone from the group. Is there a way to make a sheet be public to anyone with the link? So far, I can only find a way to share the link but you still need an account or to have been shared access to the sheet before you can view.

I need something I can send a link out to everyone in our system and they all have access to at least view the information. Any ideas?
