Remember Me

One of users is selecting the Remember Me box when logging into Smartsheet, however, it does not remember his login information. This user was also have issues with logging in last week. What might cause this to occur?

Is it possible that this user is signing in to Smartsheet using either different browsers or using a private window / incognito mode? In these instances, browsers won't "remember" sign in information as this is stored within your browser's cache/cookies.
The "remember me" option may not work in the following situations:
- If you switch to a new browser.
- If you switch to a different computer.
- If you are using private/incognito browsing mode.
- If your browser does not allow cookies to be saved.
- If you clear your browser cookies
