How to stop text in RTW from moving?

I am creating a dashboard for a monthly project status report, and have used Rich Text Widgets for Headers. For some reason it has space above the words (have selected to not use title), so when I go onto the sheet, it looks like this:

Once I go into edit mode I can scroll up on the box so that the whole phrase is visible, but when I save and exit out it reverts back.

Anyone have any ideas?

I actually see now that I misread your post. When you said "(have selected to not use title)" I took that as not using a Title widget as opposed to not using the title on the rich text widget. That's why I phrased my question the way I did. hahaha
