Finite Dropdrown values?

Hello
I'm was wondering, if it's possible to make a list of dropdown values available.
But every time one value is used, it's removed from the list of possible options for the following row.
Number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...
If I then use number 1, it is not possible to select 1 for the next row.
If I then use the number 4, it is not possible for the next row to use 1+4 etc.
I really hope this is possible - thanks in advance!

There has been conversation over the last few years for logic driven selections to automate this process in things like forms. There can be some workarounds, but everything to date has been fairly clunky, and people are being encouraged to enter enhancement requests:

You would be able to do something, depending on how you are trying to use the data, that would check a box if it was a duplicate, and that would be able to highlight the row via conditional formatting, which would at least alert you to the problem as you are entering the new line.
