Form Within a Form

Hey Smartsheet Community!

I am wondering if it is possible to have a form within a form. The use case we are trying to capture is when we have a specific division of our company use our form, we want to display a different form that will gather the information into the same sheet as the original form.

From a user experience standpoint, we don't want to have multiple different forms for different users. Instead, we would rather customize our "all-in-one" form to display a different form/forms using conditional logic. The critical piece is that we want to capture any inputs up higher in the main form as well, which isn't exactly possible with embedding a link to another form.

Thanks Andree! We are using conditional logic, but wanted to see if we would reference another form. We can build out some conditional logic to get the users to answer the fields we need.
