Greetings-

Ive set up a form for my park district where people can access (via a QR code) a form while on the trail to report trees being down or other maintenance issues. I would really love for people to submit GPS data for the ticket but that requires them to download the app and create an account. Anyway a mobile user could enter GPS data from their device (easily) from their mobile browser wo having to download and create an account for the Smartsheet app?

Im trying to make this easy and know people wont want to download the app, create an account, and verify via the email the signed up with etc just to report a tree down BUT ALSO BE ABLE TO HAVE THEM SUBMIT GPS DATA.

Thanks for any help! MD

All you have to do is email them the link to the form and then they can open it up on their phone without logging into Smartsheet as long as you don't have the form set to login to access it in the form settings.

I understand how to get them access to the form (aka a QR Code or direct link). My original question was they lose the option to record GPS coordinates in the GPS input on the form if they dont use the app. Any way for them to record the GPS settings wo having to use the app in the browser on their mobile device?
