"Rename column" option grayed out for Editor access on smartsheet
I have someone on my team who is Editor access, I am the Owner of the Smartsheet. She is unable to click on or use the "rename column" option in the drop down, it is grayed out. But I am able to see it and do it.
Is there a way to address this for her? She is able to make edits and such.

Only Licensed Owners and Admins on a sheet can make structural changes (such as adding/removing/changing/renaming columns) to a sheet.
