Delivery email address

Hello,
I have my Workspaces set up to delivery notices from my trainer. I accomplished this by giving her ownership of the Workspace that need to send emails/notices from her name.
Heather ______ via Smartsheet
I have had 3 occasions now where emails/notices have gone out from someone other than Heather. Why is this happening if Heather is the owner of the entire workspace. And how can I ensure this doesn't happen again.
Also, in this same workspace a notice went out to a free user from an individual (my boss) who is not even shared to the workspace??? Why on earth would that start happening?

Hi @Char Norman
The sender name associated with the notification email will depend on the trigger you have for the workflow and the action block.
For example, if your trigger sends immediately when an action occurs, then the sender name will be whoever made that change / performed that action. Here's more information: Overview of automated notifications sent via Smartsheet
If you always want it to come from the sheet owner, you could set the trigger timing to be on an Hourly basis.
