summarize content from smartsheets in columns
Hi
I have a question about report creation. I have a smartsheet per project or product, which lists the always same process steps one below the other to standardize the project or product launch. Each row with each process step contains many columns with different information - including one column with a "completed" checkbox.
Is it possible to map the structure of the individual process steps one below the other in a report and to map the checkbox "complete" status per column for each individual smartsheet/product? The goal is to get an overview of the completed status for the individual process steps for all products currently in the launch - as shown in the following simulated image, except that it pulls the information per column from different smartsheets.

Have you tried creating row report and grouping by step?

yes but i don't like that option since I then miss the complete overview over all steps over all sheets at a glance but have to scroll again

Are the checkboxes all in the same column of your project sheets?

Hi, yes, they are - so in principle, I would have a report where the first column displays the process steps and all other columns represent the checkbox columns from the different sheets
