Cell data dissapears when cursor sits on the cell for 3-5 seconds

had a call with one of my users today - she opened a sheet and had her cursor sitting on a cell...then after 3-5 seconds the data disappeared - she was able to undo the change using ctrl-z but I've never had this happen before - I put in a ticket but thought I would check here to see if anyone else has experienced this issue

Ask her if she uses an app called Amphetamine, Caffeine, or similar that keeps the computer from turning off.
