Portfolio Dashboard - Metrics to show on dashboard

Hello,

I'm working in my companys PMO. And the VP would like to create an executive dashboard.

I asked the VP what he wants to see, he doesn't know. Just instructed me to put something together.

Wanted to see if anyone had any examples of criteria/metrics to use for an executive dashboard?

-Like Individual Project Health, Milestones, OverDue tasks, etc

Please advise, as I need to get going on this request.
