Locking report settings

Is there any way to lock a report's settings once it has been set up ? I can't find anything in Smartsheet about report settings and have some concerns inexperienced people may go in and accidentally change things.

There is no way to lock the settings, but you can control who has access to those settings by controlling the sharing permissions.
