Transfer permission from Owner to Admin

When we changed the permission of a sheet from an Admin to an Owner, the new Owner is unable to copy/paste information into the sheet. The person who is now the Owner was the Admin. (we switched the Admin to the Owner and the Owner to the Admin)

@YH_2022, changing these permissions wouldn't impact copy/paste. I'd sit down and watch the new owner try to copy/paste -- feels like a user issue. If that's not the problem, get back and tell us what you observed! Also, make sure the they aren't trying to copy more than 500 rows at a time -- that's impossible, regardless of the permissions.

I watched her try to copy 1 line. She highlighted the data from one sheet, (tried right click copy & ctrl C) then go to the destination sheet and either right click paste or Ctrl V) and nothing happens
