US EU Migration User Lists / Contact column

Dear, i have a question, when i export a sheet to excel the contact and import it again to smartsheet the contact column just refill with the contacts i have in smartsheet others stay empty which means i would need to refill.
Is there any walk-around?

Are you importing the list as a new sheet, or are you importing your Contacts into the My Contact list in Smartsheet?
