How to change the pre-populated automation dates

Hello!

I am working on a sheet that would require me to send automated emails at 5 and 6 weeks without repeating, however, the pre-populated automation times only go out to 4 weeks. Is there a way to add a custom time for the emails to be sent out when it is greater than 4 weeks?

Hello @EricaC,

What are you sending out? Have you tried the automated Send Attachment option? You can set it to weeks and dictate how many weeks. I am assuming that the 5th week email occurs 5 weeks after the 6th week email? So you would just need to set up 2 recurring sends with a duration of 6 weeks in between for both and just pick the starting date as 1 week apart. Hope that helps!

I am sending out a reminder email to our leadership team to schedule a 1 on 1 with new hires. It's a 7 week process, with each email being sent out the week prior. There aren't any attachments I am sending out, so I'm thinking the above wouldn't work for me (?)
