2 Lists to Compare

I have 2 lists to compare. One list has 1600 company names and the other list has 600 company names. Can SmartSheet compare the two lists and determine how many of the 600 are on the 1600 list? The common field would be the company name.

How to change the initials of a user?
Hi! I can change the names and e-mail addresses, but the initials are taken always as "first letter first name and first letter surname". Can I change it e.g. "John Doe" "JD" in "JoD" or "JDo" or "AB"? Additionally, I would like to ask, if a change of the "circle colour" is possible. Thanks for your help! Marc
