Does anybody else have this problem?

My small company has been using Smartsheet for quite some time now, but the only thing that does not seem to work - the Microsoft Teams Integration.

There seems to be a problem with sharing sheets in Teams itself. We tried to address this problem multiple times, but Smartsheet could not help. Every person that is in our Teams environment, has an existing license within the Smartsheet environment. In addition; all of the sheets are shared/public with everyone in the company.

We even went into our Microsoft Teams - Admin Center, to make sure that Smartsheet is able to share and integrate itself in Teams.

Therefore the issue should not be on our side. So, does that sound familiar to anyone? Maybe somebody knows how to fix this 🖤
