Aside from hidden fields, is there any way to tell in a sheet which form was used to submit that row

We use hidden fields a lot to send out various forms and write the data back to the sheet, but we had a snafu where a staff member forgot to update hidden fields on several forms, so now we can't tell what came from where...is there a unique id or anything that we can use to differentiate?

There currently isn't a field that captures the Form ID used to submit a row; a hidden field that has a default value in a Form is exactly what I would have suggested.

Another option could be to use different sheets and then have a Report combine the results together, so you can see the Sheet Name where the form submitted.
