Automation workflow to clear a column when the value for another column changes

What I am trying to do:

When the Status value for a row is changed to N/A, I want the row duration value to be cleared.

This is what I tried, but it has no affect.

That's the reason for it not working. It doesn't work when the dependencies feature is enabled.

Hi Andree,

That's a bummer. I am not sure of the reasoning behind that.

Ok. Will I encounter the same issue if I use Change the Cell value instead of Clear Cell Value?
