How do you pull just the Contact Name out of the Contact List?

Hello Team,

I have a "contact list" list column which is great because it gives me their email, but is there a way to create a separate column extracting just the "contact name" (no email) from the contact list column?

leave column you want just the name in formatted to Text/number and make column formula =[Contact List]@row
