How to track employee progress in Smartsheet U

Does anyone have tips on how to track your employees progress as they go through the Smartsheet U Core App eLearning Certification?

We want the admin ability to see our progress across the org without having to build another sheet and asking the employees to make entries.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
