Hyperlink-link to other smartsheet

I have a stock summary with over 1000 items and I need to link the Ref no. to the related smartsheet as the following example. How can I create it without enter one by one manually?

Also, how can I get the incoming and outgoing from the related smartsheet in a smarter way?

I would use a report's "sheet names" to automatically create links to the sheets.
