How do I connect form responses to the trigger data?

I an using automation on my sheet to send a form that is connect to that sheet. However when the trigger is reached and the form is sent through automation it is populating on a new line and not staying with the data it was triggered from. How can I fix this?

You could use the Update Request feature instead.
