I need to convert documents that are attached to a smartsheet to TIFF from PDF or Word. Any advice?

We have a line entry for each constituent's benefits. Each line entry has an attachment that contains all the documents to prove that persons eligibility. In order to have inter-govermental processing...all those documents need to be in TIFF format.

Currently we have to download every document , convert it, and reload it. Is there an easier way?

Probably, yes, by using the Smartsheet API or a 3rd-party service like Zapier or similar.

How many documents can there be on a yearly basis?

Is that an option?
