Non-working dates changed

Hello. I am extremely frustrated with Smartsheet. I entered a set of dates as Non-Working Days for my projects. However when I edit the project plan a few days thereafter I noticed that I cannot set certain task end dates - only to discover that the non-working days have been changed. From the Activity Log I can see that no-one else has worked on my plans. An example of the date I entered as a non-woking day: 2023/04/10 .... it is changed to 2023/10/04! As you can imagine this has a big impact on my plans as the task dates keep changing! Note - not all the dates are changed, only certain ones. Please help or fix if it is a bug!

This is what was altered: 

 2023/01/01, 2023/01/05 , 2023/03/21, 2023/04/27, 2023/06/16, 2023/07/04 , 2023/09/08 , 2023/09/25, 2023/10/04 , 2023/12/16, 2023/12/25, 2023/12/26, 2024/01/01, 2024/01/04 , 2024/01/05 , 2024/03/21, 2024/03/29, 2024/04/27, 2024/06/17, 2024/09/08 , 2024/09/24, 2024/12/16, 2024/12/25, 2024/12/26, 2025/01/01

It looks like something on the back-end may be trying to flip the format from yyyy/mm/dd to yyyy/dd/mm but then switching back again. I would suggest reaching out to Support as I would imagine this is not expected behavior.

Yes - that's what I suspected. I logged a ticket with Support.
