Formula to copy contents of a sheet to another

I’m new to smartsheet and am trying to figure out a way to call contents of a sheet to another based on certain criteria, something similar to what Filter function does in google sheets.

I am aware that I could achieve this using the index collect function, however the data I am trying to call goes in hundreds of rows. Any ideas on how this can be done?
