Can I downgrade my plan from Annual Pro to Monthly Pro?

As I will be using Smartsheet for a guaranteed 4 months, I was supposed to select the monthly pro plan. However, I mistakenly selected the annual pro plan and was charged since I initially considered the latter.

Is it still possible to request to downgrade my plan and be refunded?
