How can I save an interactive snapshot of a dashboard

Hello,

I want our PMs to be able save a a snapshot of their dashboard on a regular basis. This will help with auditing activities and later reference if questions are raised.

PDF works, but where there is text in a field that is larger that the window defined, scroll bars are used on the dashboard. However when on PDF, only visible text is available.

Is there any way of exporting the Dashboard so it remains interactive and the rest of the text can be seen? I have looked at Save as MHTML , but this doesn't seem to do it.

Any thoughts?

Snapshots would be a great idea and are something I've regularly needed also. I don't believe it is possible but if anyone has a suggestion, I'd also be glad to hear it.

To date, we've just setup an auto send of a published link to the team, which is fine for viewing in real-time, but doesn't help with retrospective views. Where retrospect is required, I've generally setup time based reporting on separate dashboards but this doesn't help if it is dynamic content involved.
