Bug with automation (generate document) and Drag & drop

Hi,

I am trying to set up an automation to generate a document from form data and an error message appears every time in "Document Builder" when I click on "Create new mapping". Is there a technical problem related to this option today?

I noticed that I can generate a document in a sheet for which I am not the owner. But it doesn't work if I'm the owner of a sheet.

Also, I cannot drag and drop a sheet from a workspace to another. A small red "prohibited action" logo 🚫 appears as soon as I move the file.

What is going on? 😕

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Check the Smartsheet Status page if there are any reported issues: https://status.smartsheet.com/
• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

If the steps above don't solve it, and If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal and providing the results of the troubleshooting steps above.
