Activate possibility to remove the AND condition from a rule

If you have several columns in the AND condition, then I cannot remove the second one.

Today you must create a new condition rule instead.

It is possible to remove condition from 1 column if you have several conditions on the same column. But if you have several columns in the same rule, you cannot remove any columns.

For example, if I have both Status and Completion rate in the rule, I cannot remove the Completion column from the rule and have only the status column left in the formatting.

Would be good to activate this function.
