Ability to archive Dashboard views for later reference

Hi,

We use Dashboard to present a view of the status of each of our projects. It's great that these are dynamic, but its still useful to have a weekly snapshot of the dashboard for later reference.

The only way I have found of doing this is through print to PDF. However, this has the disadvantage that you cannot see the full text in windows where the scroll bars are active, or see the full report or Gantt chart, due to the same reason.

Can an archive view be developed?

This is a good idea. Plus, would be great to be able to create trends.

My supervisor requires a weekly reporting record, and the print to PDF is the only option and not very intelligent. When you print a dashboard, it cuts off anything that crosses the page break. It will even cut the text in half vertically, if that text happens to run across the page break.

I spend 10-20 minutes a week re-organizing my dashboard and making small adjustments to ensure the PDF looks nice. At the very least, I would appreciate a more intelligent print-to-PDF.
