Error message indicating recipients are not receiving automated emails even tho unrestricted
Hello Thanks in advance for any suggestions here.
I have set all of my automations to "unrestricted and I am still receiving error messages saying that my clients are not receiving my emails. I have been wondering why I have had such little response.
What other options do I have?

Hmm does Smartsheet limit the number of recipients? I see you have 5800.

Try rebuilding the automation if it is sending to contacts in a cell or (if it is sending to specific people) remove them, save everything, then re-add them. It may be that they have unsubscribed.

Ok, I made a fresh automation and will try that. I did not know people could unsubscribe from the automations. Is there a way to tell if that was the case? I am trying to update my contact list and get rid of people who do not want to be notified. I am sending to anyone in the "Email" column, contact column type. Is there any more information about the analytics on that?
Is there a limit to the amount of recipients per sheet or per automation? My sheet has over 3,000 rows each with a different recipient email address.

Yes, there are limits to the number of notifications, but I have yet to hear about a specific limit to the number of recipients.
Edit. The only limit I can find is the one on the pricing page.

Thanks so much for your response. That was helpful in some way, as I did not know about that feature. Unfortunately, one of my sheets has about 300 unsubscribed, but 5,000 still not receiving the emails.
It gives me some optics, but still can't figure out to root of the issue. I have a feeling it stems from a recipient limitation, but that is not easy to find.
It would be really helpful to understand this limitation so I don't lose clients and miss critical deadlines.

There are no limits to the number of different recipients. The only limits are applied to free and Pro plans and that is automations sent in general (250 sent/month), but it is an unlimited number of automations per month on the Business and Enterprise plans.
