I cannot figure out what is wrong with my formula. My goal is that the Flag is "checked" anytime the second column of dates (named End Date/Ship Date) is within ten days or later of todays date, AND the status column is anything not matching Complete.....

Completely brain dead after going at this for hours. What am I missing? The flag is correctly unchecked for Milestone 1 Tasks 1 & 2, but is incorrectly unchecked for Task 3, which is "in progress" for status and is well before todays date 10 and should be flagged.

Your formula is essentially saying to flag if 10 days from now is earlier than the end date. Try flipping that argument around to "greater than" instead of "less than".
