Creating report/ dashboard to show details if a value is selected from a drop-down list

Hi,

I have a master sheet which displays all part numbers of different product families with their start and end dates (and other column details). This mastersheet is linked to individual part number sheets which details the tasks associated.

I need to create a report or dashboard to show the details (product name, family, start and end dates, status), if someone selects a value (product family) from drop down list.

Is the screenshot provided of your master sheet?

Could you also provide a screenshot of an individual part number sheet? Also, are all individual part number sheets saved in the same workspace?
