Is there a list of things free users can do?
I saw there is a list of things licensed users can do that free users CANNOT do, but I need to provide my company with a list of things free users CAN do. Help?

Think of a free user as being not much different from a licensed user that just can't actually own any Smartsheet items.

I hope you're well and safe!
Have a look here for more details.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

I understand, but I actually need a list to prepare a one-pager to my company for them to understand. I've been asked to communicate to all employees to stop asking for licenses, those people who require licenses already have them, and most don't need them anyway. Breaking those things down into a one-pager should get the point across.

Thank you @Andrée Starå, but that post is actually very misleading. It states: "This list includes features free users cannot access." 😣

I found these, and I'll return to the post if I find something else.
Hope it helps!
Smartsheet allows users to simply and securely share with anyone, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders have access to the right information at the right time.
There are two user types in Smartsheet:
A licensed user is a paid user who can create new items in Smartsheet including sheets, reports, and dashboards, and share them with others.
A free user is someone who does not have a paid Smartsheet license. Free users have the ability to view and/or edit the items they have been shared to, but they do not have the ability to create their own items without a license.
Free users can include unlicensed users on your account, as well as external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
This learning track reviews how to get started as an free user shared to work in Smartsheet, and how to effectively collaborate on the items you are shared to.
If you'd like to learn more about what a licensed user can do, check out the Getting Started track, start a free trial, or upgrade your plan.

Thanks for trying @Andrée Starå. I've been down that road as well, and the training track doesn't contain a list either. 😟

Like @Kimberley.Smith I found the article detailing what users can't do. It's user hostile that a resource indicating what they can do doesn't exist.
-
There are so many features available, it is much easier to list what a user cannot do as opposed to what a user can do. There are a ton of articles and whatnot detailing what can be done on a general level. Each of those articles also (typically) indicate which user level(s) that feature is available to.
