Preview a Word document before automatically downloading it

Would it be possible to preview a Word document before automatically downloading it? We often check the approved copy document when reviewing the final designed document but the way Smartsheet works now, it automatically downloads the file, and we keep getting duplicates on my machine. It's not compromising the work, but it would be good to have this option if possible.
