Preview updated form while Inactive

One of the challenges I have with some of the Forms we use is that they occasionally need to be updated with new fields or additions to existing fields. As it is now, I cannot preview the new version of the form without making it "active" which exposes an incomplete, work-in-progress form to my many Form-users.

It would sure be a big help if there was functionality that would allow me to review a Draft of the new version of the form without making it Active to my users until it is finalized. Keeping the existing Form live while I perform these edits would also be helpful. As it is right now, it's either "Active" or not.
