Switch "columns" to row side
I am basically wanting my column headers to be on the side of the sheet versus the top. I don't think this is possible but want to confirm.
Also interested in some current templates that may help with the attached excel template. Just importing is obviously not working due to format but want to avoid having each of the questions in the column headers but still need to be able to do reports and create a dashboard.

I'm not sure about your a template for your document. You can set up a smartsheet for the titles to be the first row of a sheet. You just have to change your column names to your row names. (Even if the new columns are just labeled 1, 2, 3 etc. If your sheet is fully created already you can export it and use excel to do a copy and paste transposed. Add your new Row names to the top of the sheet and reimport it.
