Collection of request updates based on a 2the field

Hello,

Im trying to figure out how i can send a collection of updates but only when specifiek data is simulair

for example

we have supplier A ( with 3 items ready for update request )

supplier B (with 2 items ready for update request )

both belong to one administrator

I would want 2 different mails with Supplier A 3 items and supplier B 2 items

Is that even possible ?

Doesnt nessesairy has to be an update request, a notify someone with mail is sufficient aswell

Keep in mind we have 18 administrators with different suppliers so the main trigger is the email

Anyone got any ideas ?

I'm pretty sure the automation sends them together if they are all ready at the same time. If they are ready at different times of the day and you want them to request at the same time you can set the automation to run daily or weekly at a certain time so all that are ready will go. Just set your automation to request an update when the email address matches and whatever other criteria requires the update.
