Copy Sheet to new sheet & REPLACE/UPDATE) existing data

I have one master Sheet tracking multiple projects.

GOAL

create an exact copy of the sheet (in another folder), however, filtering for only ONE of the projects.

I'm able to use automation "copy sheet", however, any changes, copies over the rows again and again and again....

I need to REPLACE (or update the rows in the new sheet) not add to it every time there is a change.

I notice Automation does not have a "copy and replace" only "copy" or "move".

suggestions?

    Hi @Alligator4480

    The best way to achieve that would be to create a report based on the master sheet filtered to the one project you require.

    Changes made to the master or via the report will update both ways and keep one version of the truth.

    Is that an option for you?
