Can you have two countif formulas in one cell?

I created a quiz in forms, and I am trying to capture all the right answers in the row to one cell. I have 7 questions each in their own column. When I try to use the countif formula to capture if the answer to question one is right it works and puts a 1 in the questions right column. When I go to add another formula two capture the right answer for question 2 it wont let me do it. Is there a formula to capture each right question in the same cell for that row? Essentially, I need it to capture all the right answers in the row in my Questions Right for that row.

Add a + between the COUNTIF.

That did not work, or I could have put it in wrong. Do I just put a plus sing between "and" and the second countif? Or clear the "and" and put the + sign instead? I tried it both ways and it did not work.

Try something like this. (replace with your own column names)

=COUNTIF([In Stock?]:[In Stock?], 1)+COUNTIF([In Stock?]:[In Stock?], 1)
